1986 - Getting In Shape

This was an "in between" year for us, as we holed away in Niagara Falls at a friend's motel trying to write the next album. It was a stressful year as well. My marriage had disintegrated, music was starting to change, and there was a lot of pressure from management and the record company.

To get ourselves into shape we all checked into the "fat farm", as we called it. It was a weight loss clinic. Daryl lost 40lbs, Fritz lost 25, and I lost the same. We were jogging and lifting weights and this became our way of relieving stress. We also went to a lot of strip clubs...
