1989 saw the band enter River Studios in Fort Erie to record our 7th album, "Back for Another Taste".

Once again we used Toni Bongiovi to mix the album, as we had loved the mix he had done for us on the "No Rest for the Wicked" album, and we wanted to return to that "sound".

One of the last songs we wrote for the album was the up tempo "Running Wild in the 21st Century", one of my favourite Helix songs of all time.
